How + 形容词/副词 (+ 主语 + 谓语)!
How beautiful the city is! How fast he runs!
记忆技巧：What 后面跟"名词"，How 后面跟"形容词/副词"。
What a clever boy he is! = How clever the boy is!
反意疑问句："前肯后否，前否后肯"
He is a teacher, isn't he?（前面肯定，后面否定）
She doesn't like coffee, does she?（前面否定，后面肯定）
注意人称和助动词要对应：
They went to Beijing, didn't they?
Tom can swim, can't he?
特殊情况
I'm 的反意疑问句用 aren't I：I'm late, aren't I?
Let's 开头用 shall we：Let's go, shall we?
祈使句后用 will you：Open the door, will you?
