这一课认两队代词：一队用手指——"这个、那个"（指示代词）；一队照镜子——"我自己、他自己"（反身代词）。
指示代词：this / that / these / those
近的用 this（单数）、these（复数）：This is my book. / These are my books.
远的用 that（单数）、those（复数）：That is a bird. / Those are birds.
口诀：近处 this，远处 that；近的一群 these，远的一群 those。
打电话时介绍自己用 this，问对方用 that：
Hello, this is Li Ming. Is that Miss Pu?（喂，我是李明。是蒲老师吗？）
比较时为了避免重复，用 that 代替前面提到的单数名词，those 代替复数名词：
The weather in Nanning is warmer than that in Beijing.（南宁的天气比北京的暖和。）
反身代词：表示“……自己”
myself 我自己 / ourselves 我们自己
yourself 你自己 / yourselves 你们自己
himself 他自己 / herself 她自己 / itself 它自己 / themselves 他们自己
记忆窍门：第一、二人称用形容词性物主代词加 self（my + self）；
第三人称用宾格加 self（him + self、them + selves）；复数把 self 变成 selves。
反身代词的常用搭配（考试爱考，先混个脸熟）
enjoy oneself = have a good time 玩得开心
help oneself to... 随便吃…… → Help yourself to some fish.（请随便吃鱼。）
teach oneself = learn... by oneself 自学
by oneself 独自 · say to oneself 自言自语 · look after oneself 照顾自己
注意
反身代词不能单独作主语：Myself did it. ✗ → I did it myself. ✓（我自己做的。）
