in、on、under 是"在哪里"三兄弟，说清楚东西的位置：
三兄弟
in 在……里面 → The pencil is in the pencil case.（铅笔在文具盒里。）
on 在……上面 → The book is on the table.（书在桌上。）
under 在……下面 → The cat is under the bed.（猫在床下。）
口诀
里面 in，上面 on，under 藏在最下面。
问答搭档
— Where is my cap?（我的帽子在哪里？）
— It's on your head!（在你头上！）
用 where 问，用 in / on / under 答。
星期几也用 on（三年级下学期学的）
We have music on Tuesday.（我们星期二有音乐课。）
on Monday, on Sunday……星期前面都用 on。
