there be 句型表示"某地有某物"，是描述房间、公园、图片的常用句型。
◆ 基本结构
· There is + 单数名词/不可数名词 + 地点：There is a bed in the room.
· There are + 复数名词 + 地点：There are two lakes in the park.
◆ 就近原则（重点！）
be 动词跟离它最近的名词保持一致：
· There is a pen and two books on the desk.（离得近的 a pen 是单数，用 is）
· There are two books and a pen on the desk.（离得近的 two books 是复数，用 are）
◆ 否定与疑问
· 否定：There isn't a cat in the box. / There aren't any birds in the tree.
· 疑问：Is there a park near your home? — Yes, there is. / No, there isn't.
◆ 注意
there be 表示"存在"，和 have/has（拥有）不同：
My room has a bed. = There is a bed in my room.
