想说"某个地方有什么"，就请出 there be 句型——描述房间、公园、图片全靠它。
基本结构
There is + 单数名词/不可数名词 + 地点：There is a bed in the room.（房间里有一张床。）
There are + 复数名词 + 地点：There are two lakes in the park.（公园里有两个湖。）
就近原则（重点！）
be 动词跟离它最近的名词保持一致：
There is a pen and two books on the desk.（离得近的 a pen 是单数，用 is）
There are two books and a pen on the desk.（离得近的 two books 是复数，用 are）
否定与疑问
否定：There isn't a cat in the box.（盒子里没有猫。）/ There aren't any birds in the tree.（树上没有鸟。）
疑问：Is there a park near your home?（你家附近有公园吗？）— Yes, there is. / No, there isn't.
小提示
there be 表示"存在"，和 have/has（拥有）是两回事，不能混在一句里：
There have a cat ✗ → There is a cat ✓
My room has a bed. = There is a bed in my room.（我的房间里有一张床。）
